Part Time Specialty Technique Instructors
Cleveland Chiropractic College is accepting applications for part-time Specialty Technique Instructors to provide instruction within specific elective technique courses. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and delivering dynamic presentations and course materials to engage student interest and learning.
- Providing effective and objective student performance evaluation.
- Providing course management and instruction in the assigned technique.
- Demonstrating and teaching the psychomotor skills necessary to utilize the technique effectively.
- Keeping up with the current scientific literature and applying it in clinical situations.
The ideal candidate(s) should possess a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college and be licensed in the state of Kansas. Applicants who hold bachelors’ degrees, postgraduate certifications and/or have experience teaching in post-secondary education are preferred. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required. Candidates must have clinical expertise in at least one of the following techniques:
- Full Spine Specific Technique
- Gonstead Technique
- Activator Methods
- Chiropractic Biophysics Technique
These teaching assignments are part-time and require a two to four hour weekly teaching commitment for each term contracted. Classes are expected to start as soon as May 7, 2012.
Cleveland offers an AA in Biology, a BS in Human Biology, a Master’s in Health Promotion, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and has been a leader in health science education for 90 years.

Part Time Instructor – Nutritional Epidemiology
The College of Graduate Studies within Cleveland Chiropractic College is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a part time instructor. The ideal candidate must be qualified to teach Nutritional Epidemiology within the Master’s of Science in Health Promotion degree program beginning May 7, 2012.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related field
- Coursework and/or experience in nutritional epidemiology
- Post-secondary teaching experience
- Experience or ability to use online learning technology

Admissions Advisor
Cleveland Chiropractic College is seeking a goal oriented Admissions Advisor for our Overland Park campus where they will work with our enrollment team to increase applicant pools and enroll students from throughout their assigned region.
The Admissions Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, college and pre-professional career counselors, and other student referral contacts. Other responsibilities include conducting recruiting and outreach events; assisting with financial aid, student services, and undergraduate recruitment; fully utilizing our student information system, and reporting progress and results.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience with chiropractic
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills, including well developed presentation skills
- Strong data entry skills and demonstrated use of information systems
- A valid driver’s license
- Experience in college admissions, recruitment or sales are strongly preferred
