Cleveland University-Kansas City receives technology award

Cleveland University-Kansas City (CUKC) was among the institutions recognized at the Campus Management Excellence Awards April 24-28 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Fla. Held during CampusInsight 2017, the event was hosted by Campus Management, whose CampusNexus technology was used with great success by CUKC. In honor of their achievements, the CUKC team was presented the "Excellence in Student Success" award.

With the help of Campus Management, CUKC was able to enhance their systems regarding automation and student self-service, as well as the processes associated with recruitment and admissions. Using the analytics from Campus Management's CampusNexus technology has allowed Cleveland to sharpen its targeting for admissions campaigns, while also experience a 1,000 percent improvement in email campaigns. They have also shortened the prospect response rate time for leads by 98 percent.

As the success at CUKC was a collective effort, several members of the Cleveland administrative team were present to receive the award during the assembly. Other institutions that were honored by Campus Management include: The Ohio State University, Chatham University, Positivo University in Curitiba, Brazil, and Kansas State University.
