Jason Elliott received his B.S. in radiologic technology from Colorado Technical University and his master’s in healthcare administration from Webster University. In addition to being certified and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and Computed Tomography, he is a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) by the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators association (AHRA). His passion for the imaging sciences has led him to dedicate over a decade to the education of radiologic technology professionals.To fulfill his personal commitment to stay industry current, and to provide a relevant education to those he has the privilege to educate, he continues to work in the field as a radiographer and CT technologist.

David Foose is the dean of student affairs at Cleveland University-Kansas City. He received his B.S. in health and wellness from the University of Central Missouri, and his M.A. in higher education administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Foose has worked at Cleveland since 2006, and has been employed in higher education since 1995. He is responsible for the Office of Academic Records and Support, and oversees all records functions and support services, including tutoring and success strategies.

Kathy received her B.S. in elementary education at Avila University, where she was also a student athlete. She began her career teaching first grade at St. Therese in Parkville, Mo. Her passion for higher education took her to Metropolitan Community College (MCC) in Kansas City, where she worked more than 20 years at multiple locations. She served as an advising assistant, college relations coordinator, registrar, and director of enrollment services. Kathy then became the assistant registrar at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she earned her M.S. in higher education. She joined Cleveland as registrar in 2017. When not at work, Kathy enjoys traveling to her favorite beach destinations, playing and watching sports, and all things outdoors including camping, fishing and hiking with friends and family.

Frank Haney is director of facilities management at Cleveland University-Kansas City. Frank received his A.A. in psychology from Donnelly College in 1987 and his B.S. in business administration from the University of St. Mary in 1997. He has worked at Cleveland since 2002, overseeing a dedicated team of maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and facilities attendants, as well as numerous consultants and contractors.

Jeff Karp has extensive experience in management, marketing, business development and operations in a variety of business sectors including healthcare, information technology and consulting. He has worked in large-scale international companies as well as small, entrepreneurial early stage companies. He served as CEO at PeriOptimum in Pittsburgh, and prior to that as Vice President and General Manager of the OR Division at Mediware Information Systems. For several years he led the healthcare industry group at Sybase and more recently around the application of advanced data warehouse technology. Karp’s career includes work at leading companies such as Baxter Healthcare, Shared Medical Systems and Coopers & Lybrand. Karp holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.

Dale Marrant received his B.S and M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and holds the SPHR-CA certification through the HR Certification Institute. The Office of Human Resources is responsible for a broad range of functions including staffing, organizational development, employment compliance, benefits administration and employee relations.

Jennifer Matascik leads the management and development of the communications team in creating and implementing the University’s communications, marketing, and public relations strategies. Before joining CUKC, she engaged the public for Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas, and Whole Foods Market with compelling content and community involvement. Matascik graduated from the University of Kansas where she concurrently earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, with an advertising emphasis, and a Bachelor of Arts in French.
