The help desk is available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
The help desk will work to diagnose the problem, resolve it immediately if possible, and escalate issues to on-campus IT staff as needed. The help desk can access your device remotely to assist as appropriate. Please use each application’s internal Help/Support functions (i.e. Canvas, ExamSoft, Campus Nexus Student, Chirotouch, Microsoft Office) for use or configuration questions as the help desk has very limited application knowledge.
The on-campus IT staff at CUKC will continue to provide user support, however, they will be handling cases only after the help desk has logged the case and had a chance to resolve the issue first.

For students in the Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) program
Students in the D.C. program are encouraged to use a recent model iPad. iPads will be used throughout the curriculum to support instruction, and exams will be electronically administered on the iPad. Each student is responsible for the purchase, upkeep, and protection of their iPad. It is important for students to bring a fully-charged iPad and charger to campus each day.
ExamSoft will be used for testing, and the minimum requirements are located here:
https://examsoft.com/resources/examplify-minimum-system-requirements#ipad
Note: Do not use the Canvas app to complete assignments or quizzes.
Financial Aid Note: The required iPad purchase has been added to the estimated cost of attendance for the Doctor of Chiropractic program, which is one element used to calculate the amount of Federal Student Financial Aid each individual is eligible to receive. If you have questions regarding your financial aid budget, please contact financial aid at (913) 234-0734.
