With a nod to the past, and a focus on the present, more than 300 Clevelanders prepared for their future during Cleveland Chiropractic College’s (CCC) 3rd Annual Founders Day celebration. Held June 12, the event honored the founders of the College and offered an alternative learning experience for students pursuing the Doctor of Chiropractic degree. The day included a variety of special activities that took the place of regularly scheduled classes, including presentations by Cleveland alumni.
The festivities began with an official welcome by Dr. Clark Beckley, vice president of student and alumni relations. His greeting was followed by the Kickoff Presentation from Cleveland alums, Drs. Devin and Joey Vrana ’10. Their message touched on a multitude of topics, both personal and professional. They told of meeting at CCC, followed by graduation, marriage, the birth of twins and opening two practices in Wichita, all within the last four years. They shared their passion for the profession through personal experiences and inspirational messages, and encouraged those in the audience to find that same passion and follow their dreams.
