Providing health care to people in need was the goal on Saturday, June 29 at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, as a large group from Cleveland Chiropractic College joined with other health care professionals for the “Touchdown Family Fest Health & Wellness Extravaganza.” The third annual day-long event was held on the club level of the stadium. Fifteen clinicians, and more than 75 interns from Cleveland gave free physicals to hundreds of area residents. According to the event sponsor, Truman Medical Center, more than 2,000 people attended the health and wellness fair this year. It is the largest event of its kind in the area.
