Cleveland University-Kansas City (CUKC) announced plans to dedicate a day to whole-body health and wellness on Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at CUKC. The free Whole Body Health & Wellness Expo invites attendees to kick-start their day with an inspiring discussion with Emmy Award-winning television host and New York Times bestselling author Daphne Oz, followed by an afternoon of inspiring activities.
“We are ecstatic to welcome Daphne Oz to CUKC,” Dr. Alexander Bach, vice president of institutional growth and innovation, said. “We know that Daphne’s unique perspective on health and wellness will inspire and guide event attendees in their health journeys.”
After Daphne’s discussion, guests can explore a variety of free nutrition, fitness, and general well-being activities, including cooking demos, yoga on the lawn, guided meditation, stress relief workshops, outdoor entertainment, and much more.
Reservations to attend Daphne’s morning discussion are required, but FREE. Space is limited. Signed copies of Daphne’s new book, Eat Your Heart Out, are available for purchase.
