With the help of Campus Management, CUKC was able to enhance their systems regarding automation and student self-service, as well as the processes associated with recruitment and admissions. Using the analytics from Campus Management’s CampusNexus technology has allowed Cleveland to sharpen its targeting for admissions campaigns, while also experience a 1,000 percent improvement in email campaigns. They have also shortened the prospect response rate time for leads by 98 percent.
As the success at CUKC was a collective effort, several members of the Cleveland administrative team were present to receive the award during the assembly.
