Dr. Adana Moses, a 2009 graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College-Los Angeles (CCCLA), was recently elected president of the CCCLA Alumni Association board. Moses said she and her cabinet look forward to a positive experience working on behalf of the College and its alumni.
“Our goal as a board is to strengthen the relationship of CCCLA alumni past, present and future and show students what chiropractic is all about,” Moses said. “We look to build a greater bond with current students and, of course, have some fun together!”
She anticipates an active year for the board that will see members involved with several alumni events, including student networking nights and a Catalina cruise. Beyond that, there is the annual “Coming Home” event, which is scheduled for Sept. 18.
Joining Moses on the board are Dr. Christopher Vargas ’09 vice president; Dr. Brandey Dollens ’09, secretary; Dr. Gail Kelley ’08, treasurer and Dr. Natalie Wilson ’07, sergeant-at-arms. Dr. Tina Alamian ’07, who served on the Board for three years, remains on as immediate past president.
Moses says the board is eager to strengthen the bonds with current alumni, while remaining focused on the continued expansion of the Cleveland alumni family. Board members can be reached at ccclaalumni@gmail.com if you have questions, comments or a desire to become more involved in alumni activities.
