Several providers are offering free Wi-Fi and/or Hotspot access. Spectrum broadband is one such provider. You can learn more about Spectrum service by calling 1-844-488-8395. Additionally, Comcast/Xfinity is allowing anyone to access their hotspots free of charge. Students with approved accommodations for testing will continue to utilize the same electronic process that was used previously to schedule their accommodated exams. Any questions regarding accommodated testing can be addressed by Megan Kissel, academic support manager (megan.kissel@cleveland.edu).
Tutors are available to meet via video conference. The Tutoring List is located on the University Resources page in Canvas, as well as on the ClevelandConnect portal under Academics.
To add the University Resources page to your Dashboard, go to “Help Information” and select the University Resources link; from here, select “Enroll in Course,” and this will appear on your Dashboard going forward.

CUKC can evaluate unofficial transcripts for preliminary decisions, and yes, we will work with you and your undergraduate institution, to ensure your official transcripts will be sent to CUKC as long as you do not have any financial holds. We will be flexible.

The staff has been cleaning and disinfecting three times each day since the outbreak. This includes all door handles and glass doors, light switches, tables and chairs, furniture, lockers, and all surfaces in the Dining Hall, classrooms, offices, labs, hallways, and stairwells. In addition, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available in all classrooms and common areas throughout the building.
Yes. The staff will be reminding everyone who enters the building to stay six feet from each other to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
We have a daily sign-in sheet that all campus visitors (non-students and non-employees) must sign at the south entrance security desk, to receive a sticker. The same must be done at the Health Center reception desk for the north entrance.
Yes, we are accepting deliveries from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. All contractors are responsible for daily self-screening. They will not be signing in at the security desk.
The staff is regularly washing their hands in warm, soapy water for 30 seconds, keeping their hands away from face and eyes, and is maintaining six feet of social distancing at all times
Events have been canceled until further notice due to COVID-19. Events can be rescheduled at a later date. All campus tours will continue to be scheduled and coordinated through the Admissions Office. Patients and visitors arriving via the north entrance are to check in at the Health Center reception desk.
