Dr. Ford has been a part of the higher education community for more than 17 years. She has experience working within various areas of higher education including enrollment and recruitment, academic advising, curriculum and instruction, and assessment. Ford has also taught at the university level for more than a decade. She earned her doctorate of education from Baker University in educational leadership in 2015. Her area of research is focused on the attitudes and perceptions of academic dishonesty in higher education. Other areas of interest include the study of leadership and the art of team building. Ford and her husband reside in Overland Park, Kan. with their two children.
