Biography
Dr. Marrant received his B.S. and MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and his Ed.D. from Baker University. He holds the SPHR-CA certification through the HR Certification Institute, and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. The Office of Human Resources is responsible for a broad range of functions including staffing, organizational development, employment compliance, benefits administration and employee relations.
