Dr. Bartlett is a 1988 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic. He and his wife, Dr. Julia Bartlett, opened a private practice immediately after graduation, which they ran until 2005. Bartlett then accepted a full-time teaching position with Northwestern Health Sciences University. He was involved with several university-related service opportunities, including the student-run Pillsbury House Clinic in Minneapolis and La Clinica Mariposa in Costa Rica. These experiences helped him to develop a deeper understanding of public health issues, which helps to support the material he presents in his Public Health II course. In addition, he is the primary instructor for Tech V Extremity Adjusting and Graston Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation. He assists Dr. Jon Wilson with the Tech III course, which covers Lumbar and Thoracic adjustive techniques, and he manages his assigned interns as a clinician in the outpatient clinic. His outside interests include biking, trout fishing and most outdoor activities. In addition to traditional chiropractic methods, he has great interest and significant postgraduate training in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
