While it’s easy to get overwhelmed with studying, tests and upcoming finals, there are always welcome distractions.
At CUKC, everyone is gearing up for finals week. We are two weeks out, and it’s time to get down to business. While it’s easy to get overwhelmed with studying, tests, and upcoming finals, there are always welcome distractions. On Wednesday night the Women’s Chiropractic Club hosted Ladies Night at Cleveland in the cafeteria.
Dr. Larisa Schabel, a recent College of Chiropratic grad, spoke about transitioning from student to doctor in the community, opening a practice and marketing your business. There were several vendors, including Tastefully Simple, DoTerra Essential Oils, Dove chocolate discoveries and Norwex toxic cleaning supplies, just to name a few. Students and instructors mixed and mingled all night while we drank wine, had amazing hors d’oeuvres and received massages. It was a wonderful night, and it was nice to intermingle with women in all different stages of the chiropractic journey, from Tri I students, to those about to graduate, to current DC’s.
