My top five activities to fit in between study sessions are…
Chiropractic college demands a lot of an individual’s time and effort. We spend lots of time not only in class, but also studying outside of class whether it be to further our knowledge or pack in the information for an exam. I was recently asked what I do to relax or take breaks from studying. I thought it would be a good idea to share that with you. My top five activities to fit in between study sessions are:
1. Nap! Don’t be fooled. I’m not walking around super tired all the time because of chiropractic college. I just love naps.
2. Play guitar. Sometimes I even use this to turn my brain on before studying.
3. Jog. The River Market and Berkeley Riverfront Park are my favorite spots to jog through and enjoy the sights.
4. Play MarioKart on Wii. I recently bought a projector and my roommate and I love playing Wii on it.
5. Eat. I love food.
